State Privacy Rights

Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and others) are entitled to disclosures beyond those in our Privacy Policy. This notice provides them.

Categories and Where They Come From

Personal information categories in scope: identifiers such as IP and cookie IDs; internet activity data describing your use of this site; and contact information only where you submitted it. Everything comes either directly from your device or via an analytics or advertising partner.

Your Rights

You may exercise rights of access, correction, deletion and portability, and may opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising. Where state law allows, you may appeal if we say no. Making a request will never result in worse service or different terms; anti-discrimination provisions apply and we honour them.

Advertising and Sharing

There is no monetary sale of personal information. Where advertising is displayed, though, identifiers may be made available to ad partners, which under CCPA/CPRA and comparable state laws may count as a ‘sale’ or as ‘sharing’ for cross-context behavioural advertising. Putting in a Request

The address for requests is [email protected]. Opt-outs are additionally available through Global Privacy Control, which we detect and honour with no message needed. We verify by responding to the originating email address, act within the statutory response window, and accept authorised-agent requests supported by written permission.
